So last night I was putting the kids to bed. I was upstairs reading books and then went to put them to bed. Scott had pooped, so after I took Amy to bed, Scott and I went downstairs and I changed his diaper, then took him back upstairs. All good, right?
Except for this morning about 7 when I’m laying in bed and he starts crying pretty hard. I go up there and he’s all wet. So I took him downstairs – I figured his diaper had leaked or something. But then I took his pants off and he didn’t have a diaper on. My first thought was that he had somehow taken off his diaper in the night (he’s been known to do that). But it did seem odd that he would then put his pants back ON. Confirming the theory that I had just forgotten to put a diaper back on him – there was no diaper to be found in his crib.
So…. oops?
